General Information and Policies

Information

Tell us the number of people, provide us with the room and we will do the rest. Our prices are inclusive of everything you need. Please give us a call and our staff will be happy to help you plan your next luncheon or event. We will work hard to match your order with your occasion. If you have a group with an extra hearty appetite, please let us know.

Delivery

We prepare and delivery Monday - Friday from 7:00 am. There is a delivery charge within our delivery radius and a surcharge for deliveries during rush hour. Please allow us a window of one half hour. Please be considerate of our delivery personnel (i.e., available during the delivery window).

Presentation

Our usual presentation is on an assortment of disposable platters served buffet style. We can display your lunch in out baskets or on silver platters for a more formal presentation if you would like. For that very special occasion, we can supply china, silverware, linen and glassware, flowers or service personnel. Please call for specific pricing.

Paper Products

We use the best quality paper products and utensils available to us in a complimentary color scheme. There is no charge for this service unless you need extras.

Plates, napkins, utensils $0.45 each place setting
Ice Bucket Small $2.00 each
Ice Bucket Large $3.00 each
Caterer cloth $5.00 each
Serving Utensils $1.00 each (good quality reusable spoons and tongs)

Equipment

Any rentals you many need are an additional charge (i.e., coffee urns, linen, flatware, china). Please call (703-378-8080/8087) for specific prices.

Hours

Our staff will be happy to help you from 8:30am to 3:00pm daily.

Placing Orders

Delivery orders must be placed by 1:00pm daily for next day service. Please allow us extra time for larger parties, hot buffets, special orders and orders placed during the holidays. A 10% surcharge will be added to emergency orders. Virginia sales tax is 5%. All items ordered are subject to availability.

Cancellations

Please allow us 24 hours notice in the event of a cancellation. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will result in a 50% charge of the cost of the party.

Payment

Corporate accounts are available; net 15 days. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. A 2% monthly finance charge will be assessed after 15 days.
